Ezio Valentini trained, as part of his family business, to build and operate large, high energy, discotheques, including ALTROMONDO in Rimini, Italy. He became a real estate developer, in the U.S., and believed the 18, 19 and 20-year old demographic could be targeted, specifically, providing a superior musical, dancing and social experience. Success without liquor sales.   

The U.S. is the only country where 18, 19 and 20-year olds can’t drink alcohol. They are socially deprived because they can’t go to nightclubs where the sales of liquor drives the business. 

A new financial service by the American Trade Exchange (ATE),to provide American companies with similar services to those provided, in Switzerland, by the WIR Trade Exchange, a Division of the WIR Bank.

In a metro area of one million, there are 37,500 people in the demographic with over 10,000 new ones entering annually. They all have phones to connect with others and listen to music. Most popular is Electronic Dance Music (EDM). EDM has evolved into many sub-genres, faithfully followed by devotees who use social media to connect with each other.

Ezio opened​ XENON Salt Lake, an alcohol-free, 18-and-over dance club with a capacity of 1,750, targeting the college population and the young work force. XENON Video. It  regularly sold out during the 16 years it operated. It was followed by  XENON Boise, equally successful.

The next project is XENON Tulsa, followed by a 2,600-capacity facility in Reno, Nevada. The Tulsa property is 2.2 acres, with 18,000 s.f. building, with a capacity of 1,450, for sale, or lease. It will require little to retrofit and re-open the club under the XENON brand.

In the U.S operation, ATE is the provider of the financial service and Hawk Sales (HS) is the sales and marketing entity, both subsidiaries of the Hawk Group and ready to launch. Hawk Sales has the exclusive rights to market the ATE services, using a  Proprietary Sales Methodology developed internally, over decades.

The XENON Venture

The WIR Bank is a public company with 3B in assets and a $400 stock. Its division, the WIR Trade Exchange, a B2B operation is exempt from banking regulations because it uses a private form of money, a digital currency, in its operation. WIR operates exclusively in Switzerland and has 60,000 business clients who generate 6.5B in volume annually. The Hawk Group has a relationship with WIR, having provided, third-party, sales services for the last 3 years.
